Typically with Botox injections, there is minimal to no bruising. I have a specialized technique that reduces and eliminates bruising and swelling after the injection. Any elevation you see in the skin typically goes down within 15 to 20 minutes afterwards. Not really necessary to ice afterwards, but if you wish to do so there is no harm.
